| You have high-powered contacts you know and can use to help you. Corporate contacts (average), Government (difficult), exclusive clubs and other places (v. difficult). Keep in mind that this skill will not work if the kid has been publicly exposed as a CyberEvolved, something like the national news or such. After a person is exposed, they are more likely to be cut off from benefits of the contacts then to have any repercussions from the revelation.
